- Trying to come up with something clever here is never easy. So. Maybe I should...I dunno, be a bit more brutally honest? My name is Shannon, and I'm a big girl. As I fill this out, I'm taking steps and making changes to maybe become a smaller big girl. In my mid 30s, my body isn't telling me "OH WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!?!", but I have the sneaking suspicion that it's not far off. Today, as I write this, it's Wednesday, June 22nd 2011. I've got an appointment with my personal trainer tonight, and I plan on kicking ass and taking names. Please note the use of the word 'plan', and that these 'plans' do change. More than likely I'll end up crawling back to my truck, whimpering and bemoaning my lunacy at actually doing this once a week. I work out at home with the Wii Fit games, or I hit the gym at least one other day a week. My real issues is my eating. But, that's a story for another time.
